I wanted something special that spoke to what I do (work with beads). This seller was amazing! She actually showed me a few different pens, then took elements from each one and put them together to create a beautiful pen just for me! I didn't have to wait for pictures, she did it right there during her live. Fantastic customer service, beautiful designs and so kind. I received it quickly and was able to show it off in a few days.
