Good packaging; the Claddagh bracelet arrived safely and undamaged but the envelope got the crap kicked out of it. The bracelet is much smaller than the pictures showed but still very beautiful. Thank you for this opportunity to add this piece to my jewelry collection. I forgot to add, the Love Note was awesome and yes, I do love the bracelet.
