I would have given four stars because it was pretty slow to ship but the fifth star was earned by excellent packaging because the teapot arrived in good order, as advertised, and safely, in spite of the post office being a jerk. I wish I could put a photo of the giant dent right in the middle of the fragile sign on the side of the box. Looks like it was kicked. Gulp! Would buy again from this seller.
