These shoes hurt my feet terribly. The size is right (I have other Prada shoes in 38), but it’s the knots on the side of the shoe that pushes into the bone on the side of my feet. I wore them at home for a few hours and was in pain (my feet were red on the part that hits the knot). I can’t wear these shoes at all. Would you be willing to return? I am willing to pay a “restocking” fee but at this point I cannot wear these shoes because they hurt terribly due to the design (and maybe my foot as well if others don’t have this issue). Please let me know. I wasn’t sure how else to get this message to you.
