One side of the star is missing a cubic zirconia and it was hard to notice in the picture. However, it was my first purchase on Poshmark, so I should have enquired about the condition prior to purchasing. I would have liked a bit of tissue or bubble wrap around the charm for some added protection as it was just loose in a card envelope, which was then placed inside a brown mailing envelope without any padding. Overall, a good experience and I'm happy with the charm as I'm probably the only one who will notice the missing cz. Thank you. 🎄🎄*****Dec 14/19 - I recently went into a jewelery shop that sells Pandora and they carry some of their expired charms. They had the same tree charm in rose gold and I noticed that it also only had a cubic zirconia on one side of the star. I initially thought the one i ordered here on Poshmark was missing a cz on the star, but that is the way Pandora made it. My apologies for stating one was missing. 🎄
