The seller was wonderful, I have no complaints about her! I just didn’t know how else to persue a refund and she suggested I go this route. She has already agreed to accepting a return. The fit of the item was not as described. Though I’m a sold 5.5, my toes hung out a full inch and the shoe was wide.
