The boots were in perfect condition and I received my order in only a couple days (which is amazing considering it was mailed during the holiday mailing period). She must have shipped the order within hours of it being placed. It was packaged perfectly and everything was exactly as described. My daughter couldn't believe the boots were used they looked so nice. They could have passed as new without tags.
