The order was so nicely packaged, and there was a very nice note included. I was impressed! Unfortunately, because the shoes run big, I took a chance and bought this size. They are not going to work for me because they won't stay on my heels due to being just a bit small. They are beautiful shoes, and I will either re-posh them or give them to my daughter! I can't believe these shoes are pre-owned...the condition is so good!
