I have a previously purchased pair of Madden Girl Barby sneakers I bought several years ago at T.J. Maxx. Material is very very soft in these previously bought old shoes. These new shoes you sent me are made of a stiffer material. Elastic in heel very tight. So I soaked them in warm water and used a good shoe stretcher for 2 days while they dried. Now they fit fine so I can wear them and I will enjoy them.
