This mug was packaged very well, it was definitely secure packing. I is a nice heavy mug and the design is so cute. Communication was great, fast responses, and fast shipping. I can't wait to use the mug for my coffee in the morning. Will definitely purchase for this closet again.

She packaged the mug really well, definitely not breaking in the mail. We had a slight mishap but she responded and communicated quickly and fixed it in no time. She is really great. Will be purchasing more in the near future.
