Ava was so willing to help throughout this process. Their were some technical errors however, Ava put these sweatpants on hold until the situation was figured out. I asked her numerous questions to see how they would fit based on my height and if we could negotiate pricing. She was very patient and sweet throughout the entire transaction. When the sweatpants arrived they were in perfect condition and they smelled as though they had just been but through the was to insure that they felt brand new. Thank you so much Ava!
