This is not the seller issue, but postal service. Never received in a timely manner to send with our 1yr old granddaughter on their way to Boston. Upon tracking, I noted the package was sent to Seattle,Washington. I ordered it from NJ. The USPS definitely are the issue. Very disappointed. The seller was quick to help fix this issue. No problems buying from her again
