What really touched my heart was she sent me a handwritten thank you note with a beautiful butterfly on it and a free gift. I absolutely love my item. She shipped it so fast. I got it so quickly and it’s in perfect brand new condition. This was my first Poshmart experience and she made it phenomenal and she updated me every step of the way and messaged me promptly.
