From start to finish, this seller is my FAVORITE for customer service! She sent messages after purchase (during prep for shipping) and followed up to let me know that it physically left her hands. She used a very creative (not a heavy box) way to ship it...a gift bag (cute and economical)! The icing on top is the beautiful pair of earrings she included (like a gift with purchase)!
