This is a beautiful pair of shoes! A drop of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball took the scuff mark off in one swipe, plus the others that came from the shoes tumbling around in the box during shipping. I was surprised that there was no bubble wrap or bag to protect them. Even a zip-lock bag would have worked.
