Oh my word, where do I even begin on this bag. First off, the customer service from this seller was impeccable. She communicated with me every step along the way from negotiation, to shipping, to delivery. She also mentioned all the paperwork that would be coming with the bag. She offered a great deal and the bag was exactly as described. She listed it as pristine and boy was she a pristine bag! Each crystal was sparkling. The leather had zero marks, discoloration, wear, or signs of use. The inside looked as if it never carried any items. Even the hardware had no scratches. The plaque still has the plastic covering on it. This seller is amazing. She shipped next day and it arrived quickly. I would not hesitate to shop with her again and I highly recommend anyone else that is browsing her closet to hit that purchase button on her items, because quite frankly you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for such a fabulous experience. This was a present to myself. MCM is my favorite luxury brand and I’ve been wanting a Swarovski MCM for awhile now.
