Shoes seemed brand new for the seller i rate a 5. The shoe itself fit well but having read multiple reviews of the actual SAS shoe I knew it would run large. I was able to walk comfortably on the first wear (NYC streets) and fit my instep perfectly but the heel flops around. I had to put a little bit of caution keeping them on while I walked. I am a true 7 with a wide instep and regular M heel. I love them they are so pretty that if they loosen more with wear I will have straps or ribbons put on.
