Thanks so much for quick delivery. These shoes are beautiful and I can tell they’re in new condition— however I wore them once and the bottom of the shoes have cracked and disintegrated immediately. Not your fault at all but I was wondering if Poshmark helps refund for something like this. They’re unwearable unless I were to put duct tape on the bottom.
