Seller was fast to mail item off once sale was completed. Answered any questions asked about the item. Item was exactly as described. I love the shoe style very much. I own about 8 various styles of Ugg boots. For comfort wise this style is the first pair of Uggs purchased that aren’t comfortable at all. Any feedback that fellow Posher can give would be appreciated. I’m curious if the fluffy insert could be put in. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Look forward to new post if items.

My only complaint is that the perfume smell is so strong I can't wear it until I can wash and air it out. Otherwise, perfect!
