Packaging was excellent — she clearly took extra care. It arrived in a sturdy, well-made package, not a flimsy one, and my item was beautifully protected. The handwritten note was such a thoughtful surprise. Communication was exceptional and she shipped same day. This hard-to-find Pottery Barn piece arrived brand new in the original packaging with the price tag still on it, exactly as described. The price was wonderful too. This item is very sentimental to me, so finding it in this condition meant a great deal. I’m so glad I found this seller. Following her closet and would buy from her again without hesitation. A+++
