There was a slight issue with the item. When the seller realized it, she notified me and asked what I wanted to do. I wanted to proceed with the purchase and she offered me a partial refund. Due to the restraints of Poshmark it wasn’t as easy to do a Partial refund. With the sellers honesty, integrity, and honestly trying to fix the issue. I still give her five stars. I have accepted the jeans and I’m happy with the purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from her again.
