I offered Belinda the asking price of the shoe. After receiving the shoe, which by the way I love, I was surprised to see $10 enclosed and a note from the seller with a note informing me that after removing the shoe from storage they had damage she was not aware of and also offer me a full refund. Customer service at its best.
