I had to reinstall the firmware, but that is not the sellers issue. (Fix C key) However the keyboard is in fantastic shape considering how badly USPS bungled sending it. Super happy with this seller. Seller has my approval. Only thing I could wish for was a bit more packing around the device when sent.
