Just as described! Thank you my husband is now happy. We had sent his off for repair pre COVID and 1.5 years later they sent a message saying they couldn’t get the parts and would we consider another carryon. So we did I but didn’t use it until recently and he HATED it. He was using my co-pilot….,fast forward we have a trip together and not willing to give mine up🤣
