Overall, I’m happy with my purchase! The straightener works well, although it doesn’t get quite as hot as I was expecting. My only suggestion would be to package it in a box rather than a mailer for a little more protection during shipping. Other than that, everything arrived safely, and I’m happy with it. Thank you!
