I thought this package was lost in the mail (even my local post lady said it wasn't in the system, using the tracking number), but it just wasn't scanned at any point on its travels until delivery (I brought it to my post office and asked why - she didn't have an answer, except that the barcode was over a ridge). If you buy from boutiqueberry and the item never updates, know that it might just be the post office acting wacky. The boots are great; my daughter loves them and is already wearing them. They were also carefully packaged.
