The skirt looks great and fits well on the inside and it is completely different as it is a pleated leather skirt. It will be worn for cosplay and will be pared with various accessories such as a bow tie along with various tops and t shirts. My only issue is that the skirt is too heavy for the material and it tends to slip down. This is also in additional to my normal waist size and with thick hips and thighs, the weight of the skirt slips down. It is an uncertainty if tailoring the skirt would help or not due to the hips and thighs. A solution in this situation is to wear suspenders to keep the skirt from slipping off. After trying them on the skirt, they seem to fit better than without them. They can be paired as part of the outfit as well as their purpose in holding the skirt up.
