The phone is perfect for what I need. I've had a chance to use it and it's just as described, in excellent condition. The shipping took roughly two weeks, which was odd for something that called for 2-day shipping but this was not the seller's fault. The item was shipped right away as I hoped it would be. Unfortunately USPS dropped the ball and held my package until I filed a complaint. All of a sudden it appeared the next day. Thank you to the seller for promptly responding to my query, and for an excellent purchase! It was well worth the price.
