Order arrived promptly and safely packed. The Elephant Purse is as described. The Estee Lauder set is definitely NOT NEW, as stated in your listing: "BRAND NEW - Never been used and in great condition!" TWO of the powders show signs of prior use - the eye shadow #11 has a brush stroke indentation and the sculpting bronzer #29 has marks from a compress. The set has clearly been tampered with! Your photos of this item managed to filter out the evidence of prior use - that is false advertising. NEW means Not Tested/Not Used. BUYERS BEWARE
