The size ordered turned out to be incorrect but… the seller’s prompt response and willingness to refund without going through the steps of a return spoke volumes! In the end, I missed the window to return since the order was auto-accepted before I picked it up from the post office, and the seller didn’t have an option to refund without a return. I will donate or gift the boots but the seller’s communication and effort made for an experience to appreciate.
