Only one negative so I’ll get to that first; terrible packaging. Sent a dress in a manilla paper envelope, literally an office supply envelope. Dress wasn’t even sealed in a plastic bag inside the paper envelope with no padding or protection of any kind.. It took over a week to arrive after being shipped, and my guess is because of the careless, illogical packaging. The dress itself is in excellent condition and although it smells clean, there are fresh antiperspirant stains on the outside of it from putting it on/taking it off. So it’s not actually clean, just smells fragrant, like it was sprayed with perfume or Febreze. Good communication and great deal. Please be more careful with packaging for your customers 🙏🏽☺️ Thanks!
