I give the seller 5 stars. She was prompt at having order shipped quickly. Item was perfect as described, however if I could rate Poshmark for their operation policies, I'd give 1 star. The shoes do not fit, but unfortunately due to Poshmarks no return policy regardless of fit, I'm now stuck with these super cute shoes that I paid for, just will take space in my closet
