Seller is a bit rude. I made a mistake in the rating I chose as I was doing multiple things and after seeing a 4 star rating I was messaged without the option to reply and explain and the seller had exclaimed how I could give the “could improve” since the boots were new. The product wasn’t the issue, but apparently the seller needs to be more cautious in how they approach customers.
