USPS took the hat on quite an adventure but many days late it finally arrived. Brandi was super helpful in assisting tracking the lost hat, she was caring and made sure it all turned out right. Great hat, love the color, shape and fit. It will be a lifetime hat worn to many types of occasions. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thank you Brandi!
