The bag is beautiful! It has to be brand new! I love it! I went ahead and rated a five because it is so pristine! With that being said, it showed in the listing that there was a crossbody strap but, when I received it there was only a short strap. The seller offered to send me a chain strap but the chain straps hurt my shoulder. The seller apologized because she thought that it was enclosed in my package.
