Order arrived on time and was wrapped well. The flip flops are in great condition. There is a bit of staining on the foot bed that is barely noticeable. Otherwise they look like they are new and have the comfort level of a new pair. I know bc I have multiple pairs of this shoe. AND there was a bonus gift in the package which I needed and will use.
