I received my items in new and excellent condition. Just before delivery I remember thinking how fitting it would be if the seller put my jewelry in the hidden compartments of the Mantle clock, and that was exactly what she did. Not only that, everything about this package showed that this Posher is someone who is very intentional and loves what they do. She covered the package with foam wrap and tied a twirly green organza in a bow around it, put some shredded paper in a bag and wrapped it around the package itself before placing it in a carton. She also covered the knob on the mantle clock with cotton wool and wrapped a cute little bag around it to keep it secure and prevent damage. Additionally, she put a flat sheet of foam wrap in wrapping paper and inserted it between the front of the clock and the hidden compartments behind to prevent damages/nicks to the wood. Did I mention that she also included a battery for the clock and the cutest heart shaped pendant/charm as a gift?! I very highly recommend this Posher!!!
