When this bag originally came out 21 years ago, I can’t tell you how many times I purchased it, took it home, stared at it and then returned it a few days later because it was too expensive for my 21-year-old self to hold onto at the time. So many times I’ve seen this bag online and I’ve wanted to purchase it, and for some reason never took the plunge. I finally saw it on Poshmark last week and something in me said I couldn’t pass it up. It’s crazy how time flies and you grow older and things look different to you from how they did then. I opened the box and finally had the bag in my hand. It looked so much bigger to me back then, because I was young and felt I could never afford something like that. Even though I feel my taste has changed, finally having this bag in my possession really excites me for the 21-year-old in me that wanted it so badly.
