Packaged really well, fast shipping and very responsive and genuine seller - especially after I had let her know the sole of one of the heels is missing. Looked in the box and it’s not there either. Super bummed we haven’t solved the mystery of the missing shoe sole but hoping a quick fix from Amazon will do the trick!
