Received the order in timely manner and perfectly packaged. I love: the color of the cost, partly fleece lined seems very warm especially with 3/4 length yet doesn't weigh too heavy, all details on the coat such as liner around cuff and removable hood also toggles to tighten hood, as well seems very sturdy zipper and a zipper flap cover, just a very beautiful coat exact as described even more than and excellent condition. Really happy I chose a medium for added sleeve length, easy movement in car, and can add a sweater. Also, it's water resistant, made for snowy cold winters. Caroline is very pleasant and responds quickly, thanks+++ Caroline, as say I really needed the coat esp an extra warm one and thankful in my budget:).
