Shipping was so fast and the item was beautifully packaged and in excellent condition as described. Very happy with my purchase, however, when trying it on, the zipper split when zipping it up. It appears to be a fault in design (as the zipper is very thin and not heavy duty as you would expect for a winter coat. I will have to replace it- so I’m disappointed in that.
