So glad these finally came bc I was going crazy. It’s no big deal but I had asked about measuring the insole and got no reply so in the meantime I was just going crazy thinking about this. It’s tough when I buy from a new, international brand with no size chart online. LOL These are def a bit big but it’s actually perfect bc they’re winter shoes and will be worn with thicker socks. I didn’t put that in consideration with my last winter shoe haul and I messed up bc of this. I could rarely wear them comfortably with socks. So I wasn’t going to make that mistake again. There was a bunch of unknowns with this impulsive buy LOL but it ended up working out better than expected. It’s a very unique shoe that I couldn’t find anywhere else online so I love finding rare items like this. I have zero complaints about this item and their seller. Thank you so much! 💚🖤
