The order was late, but the seller addressed this and even included a handwritten note apologizing for the delay as well as a gift. This was a lovely way to handle it and I am very appreciative of that. The scarf did have a small hole that wasn’t in the item description or photos, but their prices are extremely reasonable and their attentiveness was stellar, so overall I think everything worked out. I’m content with this purchase.
