Update: There was an issue with the postage mailer seller used and we had a bit of a communication breakdown but all in all she tried her best and the item was authentic and in good condition after some sprucing up after the failure of the packaging (which was not her fault, as she just purchased the mailer at the post office). Would recommend seller as her items are high quality and fairly priced. I’ll be more careful with packaging in the future as recycled/eco-friendly packaging can apparently be messy.
