The shoes looked lightly worn in the photos, which is accurate, but the leather was dry and stiff and the soles were hard and slick. The shoes appear to be many years old. I'm hoping to bring the shoes back to life by conditioning the leather. None of this is terrible, but it would have been better if the discription had mentioned this. The packaging was really nice.
