Extremely pleased! I will say though that the purse did arrive in a torn open thin plastic mailer with no cushion or plastic. I panicked but when I tore the rest of the bag off it, it was unharmed. USPS workers can be kinda brutal, so maybe use bubble wrap or a box next time. Perfect bag for my spine injury, would absolutely buy another backpack purse with THICK supportive straps like this from this seller again!! Eleven out of five stars for value, communication, and arrival time. Extremely pleased!!
