Ok so the shipping box was upcycled (good!); so while it looked a little worn down, there was plenty of bubble-wrap to protect the item in transit. The actual product's box was in good condition except for some minor scuffing at the corners. The controller itself was exactly as described/photo'd. The internal rechargeable battery did need charging upon connecting it to my console, but that's no biggie. So far its working fine.
