I had not realized there were no insoles, but in fairness, the seller did indicate in the description that the insoles were missing (not her fault I didn't read carefully enough). The shoes are in perfect shape. I can cut some new insoles for these, and they will become a wardrobe favorite. Thank you for the quick shipping. These are exactly as described.
