The Ugg slippers arrived in excellent time. I was quite impressed. Although I like the slippers, I needed to use a washcloth on the bottoms and the soles a bit to ensure that they were cleaner that they were when they arrived. That was my only complaint. But I've been wearing them. They are comfortable and at the price which I paid, just what I needed and wanted. Thank you!
