My item was very well packed, and had a kind handwritten note included. Everything is clean and no smells. My only problem is that the item I received is cracked in two places and will need to be glued, therefore making it no longer waterproof like it should have been. This problem was not in the item description, nor was it shown in the photos. I'm not going to return the item because it can be glued and I would have purchased it anyway had it been shown, I just would have felt more secure in this purchase having known it beforehand. 🫤 ----------EDIT---------- After talking with the seller,they did not know there was an issue with the order, then went out of their way to make things better, was super friendly and had quick response time.
